WHY I DO IT

When my daughter passed away, I found myself in uncharted territory—unsure how to navigate the world around me, handle the often unhelpful comments from others, or advocate for my own needs. The isolation and uncertainty were overwhelming, and I realized there had to be a better way.

Through the power of neuroscience and neuroplasticity, I’ve learned how to rewire thought patterns, create new habits, and shift internal dialogue to support healing and growth. These tools became essential in my journey, and they now form the foundation of the work I do with grieving parents.

I created a mentorship program and offer 1:1 support to provide grieving parents with the tools and guidance I wish I’d had. My goal is to help you move through your grief with clarity and confidence, so you can navigate this journey with purpose and support every step of the way.
