ABOUT ME:
I’ve been there myself. When I lost my baby, it felt like my entire world shattered. I tried to stay strong, to “push through,” but nothing about grief works that way. Every day felt like I was trying to survive a storm that no one else could see.
I remember looking for answers, only to find advice that felt outdated, impersonal, or dismissive of the deep pain I was carrying. People meant well, but they didn’t understand what it was like to carry the weight of this kind of loss.
Here’s the part that stings: I thought I should know how to handle it. I was a speech pathologist who had spent my career helping others, but I had no idea how to help myself.
It was only through time, practice, and learning what grief really needs that I began to rebuild my life—not by “fixing” my grief, but by honoring it and finding ways to carry it differently.
Now, I’m dedicated to helping individuals navigate their grief in a way that honors their journey. Over the years, I’ve supported countless people through the challenges of grief, guiding them as they rebuild their lives with intention and strength.
You don’t have to do this alone. If you’re ready to find a new way forward, you’re in the right place, you’re in the right place and I’m here to support you.

MY APPROACH
First, I listen.
I’ll begin by having an honest conversation with you to understand your grief, what you’re experiencing, and your personal journey. I take the time to really hear your story so we can uncover where you’re feeling stuck and how to move forward with purpose.
Then, I learn.
We’ll explore your unique grief experience. I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach, so I’ll help you identify what’s keeping you from healing and the specific areas where you need support. Together, we’ll gather insights into what your grief journey looks like and what it needs to move forward.
Lastly, we lead.
This is a collaborative process. I’m not here to hand you a generic plan that doesn’t work for you. We’ll create a customized strategy for navigating your grief and rebuilding your life—one that feels real, doable, and sustainable. I’ll be there every step of the way with ongoing support as we adjust and refine the plan together.
